I went to Tokyo Tokyo to take fireworks from there! The fireworks festival is held about 3.1km(2 miles) away from the tower, but there were too many people to take any fireworks shot. So I gave up fireworks and decided to take photos of beautiful night scene from the tower. 神宮外苑花火大会を撮影しようと東京タワーに上ってきました。400mmの超望遠レンズを使えば画面いっぱいに撮れるし、撮影が目的じゃない人は会場に近い六本木ヒルズの展望台や無料の都庁の展望台に流れると思ってたんです。でも読みが甘かった。花火の見える北西の方向にはこれでもかというくらいの人ごみが・・・そんなに片方に集まったら東京タワー折れちゃうよ（笑 ということで、花火そっちのけで夜景を撮影することにしました。サンシャシン60からも夜景を撮ったことありますが、同じ東京でも、東京タワー周辺は高層ビルも多くて一味違う感じがします。ちなみに写真は南東（花火が見えるのと真逆の方向）です。花火の反対側は結構空いていたのですが、三脚は自粛し、手すりをうまーく使ってカメラを固定しました。三脚なしだとこれくらいの露光時間が限界ですね。 Canon EOS 7D […]
