I visited Sumida Park, Asakusa, Tokyo to watch Yabusame performance. In a nutshell, Yabusame is a traditional mounted archery in Japan. It used be a practical battle method for samurai. There are no samurai these days but Yabusame still remains as a performance of special occasions. Actually this is the first time to watch Yabusame in person, and I found it really cool! I also enjoy taking a panning shots of them.
