Can Tokyo expect higher office rents in 2015? Market sentiment in Tokyo is slowly improving and whilst there are still some headwinds, we expect a more robust recovery in rents in 2015. However, the new office supply due to hit the market in 2016 (and beyond) remains the ‘elephant in the room’.
