Stuck between two of Japan’s biggest store franchises Tobu and Seibu, Ikebukuro has many things to offer ranging from nice stores and restaurants to other activities.
While not as popular as Akihabara for example, Ikebukuro is, however, an important hub for the female otaku culture with many “butler cafes” as well as many stores dedicated to the anime, manga and cosplay scenes.
