this is my first time sharing about my fainting spells… i’m not exactly sure what it is or why it happens but i try my best to prevent it. sometimes regardless of what i do it still catches me off guard. on a normal day to day basis i’m pretty much fine, but sometimes it happens unexpectedly especially when i’m on my period or during hot days. i’m trying to accept that it’s alright to cut myself some slack even if it sounds dramatic or silly. choosing to stay indoors because i know i won’t feel well should be an option that i have for myself even if it’s an inconvenience.
