published: 2017-05-16 12:31:22An exhibition at Art Tower Mito commemorated the 25th anniversary of Jeanne-Claude and Christo´s intervention “The Umbrellas”, which took place 1991 in Japan and California. For the opening of the show, Christo went to Japan and gave a lecture at Tokyo’s Hara Museum sponsored by Deutsche Bank.
The interview is referred to the latest project “The Floating Piers” at Lake Iseo in Italy 2016 and the general aesthetic and characteristic of their art projects.
