I DID IT!!! I never thought it would be possible. Of all Tokyo time attacks the 4th one is the HARDEST. It took me 10 tires to pass that step and I made it very very barely. You just have to do good nitro management + hug the wall and make very tight turns. ReV GhoSt’s video was helpful so watch that before trying Tokyo.
