  4. I really like Asakusa, but in nakamise dori usually only the snacks (the ice cream shop is great with many different flavours). In the backstreets you can find more local stores that are a little bit less focused on tourists. Although I do love the place that sells wooden masks in nakamise dori, but they are expensive. You definitely have to try out that store with the matcha ice cream. It's delicious.

    During my university days I used to live on melon pan. Always had one in my bag, but nowadays I don't eat it so much anymore.

  7. I normally don't like touristy places, but that one is a nice mixture of tourist things and cultural things. It's not as cheesy as some tourist places.

  11. Loved this video! Brought me right back to my day in asakusa in 2011 and I had a picture of the same stall with the 人形焼き!. Same guy!

  15. Is it true that there is a lot of racism for dark skin people in Japan? I wanted to ask somebody that actually lives there because that's what I've heard from other people
